PPARgamma agonist 15 enhances glucose uptake in the L6 myotube cell. PPARgamma agonist 15 improves glucose homeostasis, insulin sensitivity, and lipid metabolism in rat Streptozotocin (HY-13753)-induced diabetes model[1].
