Tubulin inhibitor 49 disrupts the cell microtubule network, arrests the cell cycle at G2 phase, and exhibits cytotoxicity (IC50=8.8 µM in HeLa cell). Tubulin inhibitor 49 can be used in the research of cervical cancer[1].
