DefNEtTrp is a Fe dual chelator ligand, consisting of the Def and Trp moieties. DefNEtTrp exhibits potent and broad-spectrum antiproliferative and cell death behavior in cancer cell lines. DefNEtTrp induces both apoptosis and ferroptosis and has cytotoxicity with an IC50 value of 0.77 µM[1].
