MS105 (YX39-105) is an orally active and selective protein tyrosine kinase 6 (PTK6) PROTAC degrader. MS105 recruits VHL E3 ligase via the VHL ligand moiety to promote PTK6 ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation, inhibiting breast cancer cell proliferation, migration, and inducing apoptosis.
