Mtb-IN-11 (Compound 1e) is an inhibitor of Mycobacterium tuberculosis salicylate synthase (MbtI), with an IC50 of 11.2 µM. Mtb-IN-11 exhibits good in vitro anti-tuberculosis activity, with a MIC99 of 32 µM against M. bovis BCG. Mtb-IN-11 can be used for the research of tuberculosis[1].
