NLRP3-IN-74 (Compound 11) is an orally active NLRP3 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 2.7 µM. NLRP3-IN-74 can inhibit the release of IL-1beta, reducing the release level by approximately 90%, and does not inhibit the release of TNFalpha. NLRP3-IN-74 can be used in the research of related diseases such as atherosclerosis and Parkinsons disease[1].
