PAD4-IN-5 (Example 18) is a PAD4 inhibitor with IC50s of 10 nM and 101-500 nM for human PAD4 (hPAD4) under 50 µM Ca2+ and 1 mM Ca2+ conditions, respectively. PAD4-IN-5 can be used for the study of autoimmune disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA)[1].
