RJG-2036 inhibits NADPH-dependent reduction, significantly reducing secretion of proinflammatory cytokines like TNF-alpha and multiple eicosanoids in LPS-stimulated THP-1 macrophages. RJG-2036 is promising for research of inflammatory diseases[1].
