Y2641, a etrahydro-beta-carboline derivative, is an orally active dual RANKL/TNF-alpha inhibitor with Kd values of 3.984 µM and 18.59 µM for RANKL and TNF-alpha, respectively. Y2641 inhibits RANKL-induced osteoclastogenic and has anti-inflammatory and cartilage destruction. Y2641 can be used for study of osteoarthritis[1].
