JNK-IN-23 (Compound K12) is an inhibitor of JNK. JNK-IN-23 inhibits the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 (GIC50: 30 nM). JNK-IN-23 blocks TNBC metastatic growth in vivo. JNK-IN-23 inhibits the growth of lung metastases by dual targeting of glutaminase-1 (GLS) and pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDHC)[1].
