SARS-CoV-2-IN-114 (Compound 36) is an antiviral agent. SARS-CoV-2-IN-114 exhibits significant antiviral activity against both the SARS-CoV-2 original strain and the Delta variant. SARS-CoV-2-IN-114 has an EC50 of 0.29 µM for inhibiting CPE of the SARS-CoV-2 original strain, and that for the Delta variant is 5.77 µM. SARS-CoV-2-IN-114 has low cytotoxicity and can be used in coronavirus research[1].
