Survivin-IN-2 is a survivin inhibitor. Survivin-IN-2 shows cytotoxicity in cells with IC50s of 0.53 µM (C4-2 cells) and 1.06 µM (PC-3 cells). Survivin-IN-2 effectively suppresses xenograft tumor growth without apparent toxicity and eliminates survivin in the tumors. Survivin-IN-2 can be used for the study of prostate cancer[1].
