RNA MTase-IN-1 (Compound 47) is a RNA methyltransferase (RNA MTase) inhibitor with an IC50 of 68 µM for 16S rRNA (m1A1408) methyltransferase (NpmA). RNA MTase-IN-1 has a significant inhibitory activity against pathogen-associated aminoglycoside-resistance. RNA MTase-IN-1 can be used for resistant bacterial infections research[1].
