CHIKV nsP2 protease-IN-2 has broad-spectrum antialphaviral activity against chikungunya virus (CHIKV), Mayaro virus (MAYV), and Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEEV) (EC50 of 120 nM for CHIKV-nLuc).
