OLIG2-IN-1 is a potent and selective oligodendrocyte transcription factor 2 (OLIG2) inhibitor. OLIG2-IN-1 directly and dose-dependently downregulates nuclear OLIG2 levels with an IC50 value of 0.88 µM. OLIG2-IN-1 exhibits strong anti-proliferative activity in U87 and U251 cells with IC50 values of 7.02 µM and 6.43 µM, respectively. OLIG2-IN-1 can be used for the research of cancer, such as glioblastoma multiforme[1].
