NGI-235 is an STT3A-selective oligosaccharyltransferase complex OST-A inhibitor. NGI-235 preferentially inhibits OST-A catalytic activity, impairing N-glycosylation of OST-A substrates. NGI-235 causes the hypoglycosylation of both TLR4, GLUT1 and inhibits NF-kappaB signaling. NGI-235 can be used for the research of inflammation[1].
