VEGFR-2-IN-69 (Compound 5A) is a dual inhibitor of VEGFR-2 and Telomerase, which upregulates the expression of caspase 3, caspase 8 and caspase 9, while downregulating CDK-2, CDK-4 and CDK-6. VEGFR-2-IN-69 exhibits an IC50 of 15.46 µM against HCT116 cells[1].
