Emvistegrast (example 487) axial isomer is an axial isomer of Emvistegrast (HY-177080). Emvistegrast (GS-1427) is a quinolone derivative. Emvistegrast is also an orally active inhibitor of alpha4beta7 integrin. Emvistegrast can be used to investigate diseases mediated by alpha4beta7 integrin, such as inflammatory bowel disease[1][2].
