sCNH240 (Compound P1) is an oral active and selective Rv1625c/Cya activator. sCNH240 has significant anti-tuberculosis activity with a MIC90 of 1.24 µM for Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) H37Rv strain on cholesterol. sCNH240 can be used for tuberculosis research[1].
