Abeta aggregation-IN-4 can alleviate the neurotoxicity of amyloid-beta protein (Abeta) and significantly reduce the level of oligomeric complexes of Abeta (Abeta-OCs). Abeta aggregation-IN-4 does not decrease the level of amyloid-beta protein (Abeta). Abeta aggregation-IN-4 attenuates Abeta oligomerization and prevents oligomer-induced death of primary cortical neurons. Abeta aggregation-IN-4 can be used for the study of Alzheimers disease (AD)[1].
