IAM1363 is a selective, irreversible and brain-penetrant HER2 inhibitor. IAM1363 shows over 1,000-fold selectivity for HER2 compared to EGFR. IAM1363 can be used for the study of advanced HER2 cancers, such as HER2-driven non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)[1].
