Z52 is a KRAS inhibitor with a KRASG12V IC50 of 13.3 nM and a KRASWT IC50 of 16.5 nM. Z52 inhibits the binding of KRASG12V, KRASWT and cRAF. Z52 inhibits ERK phosphorylation (IC50: 0.13 or 0.06 nM). Z52 serves as an ADC payload for ADC synthesis. Z52 can be used in the research of lung cancer and pancreatic cancer[1].
