VEGFR-2-IN-78 (Compound 6b) is a potent VEGFR-2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.21 µM. VEGFR-2-IN-78 exhibits selective cytotoxicity against A-498 and MDA-MB-231 cells. VEGFR-2-IN-78 has antioxidant activity. VEGFR-2-IN-78 can be used in anti-angiogenesis research[1].
