WRN-IN-23 is a Werner Syndrome helicase enzyme (WRN) inhibitor. WRN-IN-23 inhibits the ATP-dependent helicase domain activity of WRN. WRN-IN-23 can be used for the research of cancers characterized by microsatellite instability (MSI) and/or defective DNA mismatch repair system (dMMR)[1].
