ChE/GSK-3beta-IN-1 exhibits dual inhibition of AChE (IC50 = 1.7 µM), butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) (IC50 = 5.3 µM), and GSK-3beta (IC50 = 5.7 µM). ChE/GSK-3beta-IN-1 inhibits Abeta1-42 self-aggregation. ChE/GSK-3beta-IN-1 can be used for Alzheimers disease (AD) research[1]. |
