Mpro/RdRp-IN-1 exhibits EC50 for HCoV-OC43 of 4.79 µM, and the selectivity index (SI) is 10.89. Mpro/RdRp-IN-1 can be used for studying SARS-CoV-2 and HCoV-OC43 infections[1].
