JAK2-IN-19 (Compound 3p) is a JAK2 inhibitor with a KD value of 1.11 µM. JAK2-IN-19 inhibits the proliferation of K562 cells and HeLa cells. JAK2-IN-19 significantly reduces the level of p-JAK2. JAK2-IN-19 can be used for research on cervical cancer and leukemia[1].
