OP-1690 is a complete estrogen receptor antagonist (CERAN) with a pIC50 value of 7.5 against ERalpha. Instead of inducing the traditional homodimerization, OP-1690 promotes the formation of ERalpha LBD tetramers via allosteric structural interactions involving the C-terminal helix 12. OP-1690 acts on estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer. OP-1690 can be used for the research of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer[1].
