TLR4/NF-kappaB-IN-2 is an orally active TLR4/NF-kappaB inhibitor and Nrf2/HO-1 activator. TLR4/NF-kappaB-IN-2 combats oxidative stress and exerts anti-inflammatory effects by regulating the Nrf2/HO-1 and TLR4/NF-kappaB pathways. TLR4/NF-kappaB-IN-2 reduces Abeta aggregation and protects neurons. TLR4/NF-kappaB-IN-2 can be used in the research of Alzheimers disease[1].
