Anticancer agent 327, a fluorescent Andrographolide (HY-N0191) derivative, is an NF-kappaB p50 inhibitor. Anticancer agent 327 covalently binds to the p50 subunit of NF-kappaB. Anticancer agent 327 reduces levels of multiple oncogenic p53 proteins via the autophagy/lysosome pathway. Anticancer agent 327 can be used for the research of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (Ex/Em = 488/515 nm)[1].
