BG45 is a potent HDAC3 inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.289, 2, 2.2 and ﹥20 µM for HDAC3, HDAC1, HDAC2 and HDAC6, respectively. BG45 selectively targets multiple myeloma (MM) cells and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis[1][2].
