CDC25-IN-2 (Compound 1d) is a selective phosphatase Cdc25 inhibitor with IC50 values of 44.4, 55.2 and 53.9 µM for human Cdc25A, Cdc25B, Cdc25C. CDC25-IN-2 can block the cell cycle progression by inhibiting the activity of Cdc25 phosphatase. CDC25-IN-2 can be used for the research of cancer[1].
