Nimesulide-13C6 (R805-13C6) is 13C labeled Nimesulide. Nimesulide is a selective COX-2 inhibitor, with IC50s of 70 nM-70 µM in a time-dependent manner, but it shows no effect on COX-1 (IC50 >100 µM). Nimesulide has potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic properties.
