Isoxsuprine is a beta-adrenergic receptor agonist with Kis of 13.65 µM and 3.48 µM for myometrial and placcntal beta-adrenergic receptor, respectively. Isoxsuprine hydrochloride is also a NMDA receptor antagonist.
