Moxalactam (Latamoxef) is a synthetic oxa-beta-lactam antibiotic. Moxalactam has a broad spectrum of activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. Moxalactam inhibits production of beta-lactamases[1].
