ER Thermo Yellow can be used for real-time monitoring of local temperature changes in the ER area. ER Thermo Yellow maintains its function in fixed cells. ER Thermo Yellow is suitable for various cell lines and primary cells, such as HeLa cells, MEF cells, and other cells[1][2].
