AF488 DBCO ditriethylamine is the ditriethylamine salt form of AF488 DBCO (HY-D2171). AF488 DBCO ditriethylamine is a fluorescent dye that labels azide-containing biomolecules. DBCO is the bioorthogonal partner of azide that allows covalent coupling in the absence of copper. AF488 is a bright, photostable green fluorophore. AF488 exhibits the lambdaem and lambdaex wavelength of 520 nm and 470 nm, respectively[1][2].
