Alexa Fluor 430 NHS ester is a compound that couples green fluorescent dye Alexa Fluor 430 to a protein or antibody. Alexa Fluor 430 is used for the generation of stable signals in imaging and flow cytometry. NHS ester can be used to label proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other primary amines (R-NH2) containing amine molecules[1].
