PA-JF549-Halo ligand is a light-activated fluorescent probe, which is a covalent conjugate of the fluorescent dye PA-JF549 and the HaloTag protein ligand. PA-JF549-Halo ligand combines the excellent brightness, light stability and cell permeability of the JF549 dye with the light-activation property and the specificity of the HaloTag protein labeling technology, and can be used for high-quality single-molecule imaging and super-resolution imaging of specific proteins within living cells[1].
