Arctiin is an orally active inhibitor of NF-kappaB. Arctiin suppresses cyclin D1 protein expression in human tumor cells. Arctiin also reduces malondialdehyde and pro-in ammatory cytokines levels. Arctiin can used in study glomerulonephritis[4][6].
