Antiproliferative agent-69 shows significant antiproliferative effects against human breast cancer cells (MCF-7) and human hepatocellular carcinoma cells (Hep-G2) with IC50 values of 38.2 µM and 39.5 µM, respectively. Antiproliferative agent-69 is promising for research of breast cancer and liver cancer[1].
