Rhodiosin is a double inhibitor of CYP2D6 and AChE, and can be isolated from Rhodiolis rhodiolis root. The IC50 for CYP2D6 is 0.761 µM, and the Ki is 0.769 µM. Rhodiosin has antioxidant and neuroprotective activity and can regulate HIF-1alpha signaling pathway to protect the central nervous system[1][2][3][4]
