P-ESBP-DOX is a HPMA copolymer-drug conjugate, which is consistituted of the E-selectin binding peptide and the Doxorubicin (HY-15142). P-ESBP-DOX exhibits cytotoxicity against TNFalpha-activated human vascular endothelial cells IVECs with an IC50 of 0.28 µM. P-ESBP-DOX can be used in research about tumor vasculature[1].
