FcIII-GN3 is a dual-functional peptide that targets the degradation of IgG. FcIII-GN3 can mediate the internalization of IgG by HepG2 cells, and the internalized IgG is localized in late endosomes/lysosomes. By utilizing the natural clearance mechanism of liver cells, it can reduce the pathological high level of IgG. FcIII-GN3 can be used for the study of diseases mediated by IgG[1].
