acpP PNA is a 10-mer peptide nucleic acid targeting the bacterial essential gene acpP. acpP PNA can inhibit bacterial growth and reduce the level of target transcripts, and still retains activity with double terminal mismatches. acpP PNA may also cause off-target effects[1].
