Chondroitinase AC is a hydrolytic enzyme. Chondroitinase AC degrades chondroitin sulfate A and chondroitin sulfate C. Chondroitinase AC inhibits the invasion and proliferation of melanoma cells and endothelial cells, and increases apoptosis. Chondroitinase AC can be used in research on melanoma and other cancers[1][2].
