Product Description

Mutanolysin is a bacteriolytic agent. Mutanolysin is a muralytic enzyme that can prevent hepatic injury. Mutanolysin can digest the cell wall of S. mutans BHT. Mutanolysin reduces TNF-alpha production in isolated Kupffer cells stimulated with peptidoglycan-polysaccharide. Mutanolysin can prevent elevation of plasma anti-peptidoglycan antibodies and TNF-alpha levels in rat mode[1][2].
