Bombinin H1 is an antimicrobial peptide derived from the skin of moth Bombina variegata. The lethal concentrations of Bombinin H1 against Escherichia coli D21 and Staphylococcus aureus Cowan 1 are 3.8 and 2.1 µM, respectively[1].
