The EphA3 protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that promiscuously binds to membrane-bound ephrin ligands to initiate bidirectional signaling. Activation of EphA3 is known to preferentially bind to EFNA5 and regulates cell-cell adhesion, cytoskeletal organization, and migration. EphA3 Protein, Canine (HEK293, His) is the recombinant canine-derived EphA3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
