Kremen-2 protein is a receptor for Dickkopf protein and cooperates with DKK1/2 to inhibit Wnt/beta-catenin signaling by promoting LRP5 and LRP6 endocytosis. Its role in limb development ensures correct patterning and negatively affects bone formation. Kremen-2 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived Kremen-2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
